Qualifications

• 5+ years of business or commercial litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial disputes, supply chain litigation, and/or international trade and tariff matters.
• Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Experience developing case strategy and managing matters independently.
• Strong oral advocacy, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong academic credentials.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required.
• Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction required.
