You will handle all stages of litigation, from pleadings to discovery and strategy, in a collaborative, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in class actions, commercial litigation, or financial restructuring.
• Experience across all stages of the litigation lifecycle.
• Strong motion practice and discovery experience.
• Exposure to trials and appeals.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Stellar academic credentials; comparable law firm experience.
• Ability to work in person in the Dallas office.

Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated litigation practice handling high-stakes disputes for major clients, with a particular focus on class actions, complex commercial litigation and financial restructuring-related disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation from inception through resolution
• Work on class action and financial restructuring litigation
• Draft and respond to complaints and other pleadings
• Manage sophisticated discovery
• Research and draft substantive motions and briefs
• Support matters through trial and appeal
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis
• Develop litigation strategy alongside partners and senior attorneys
• Work on high-stakes disputes for sophisticated clients

Who You Are

• 3-6 years of relevant litigation experience
• Experience in class actions, commercial litigation and/or financial restructuring litigation
