Responsibilities:

1. Manage complex commercial litigation matters from start to finish.
2. Draft pleadings, handle discovery, and assist in case strategy.
3. Oversee junior associates and professional staff while maintaining quality work products.
4. Handle a variety of high-level assignments while multi-tasking effectively.

Qualifications:

1. 4-5 years of litigation experience, with a solid background in commercial litigation.
2. Experience practicing in a comparable law firm’s Litigation Department.
3. Strong project management skills and ability to supervise junior associates and staff.
4. High academic achievement from a reputable law school.
5. Current admission to the California Bar is required.
6. Experience in technology litigation, class action defense, and company v. company disputes is preferred but not required.
