Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission in Denver, CO seeks an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of the Chief Administrative Law Judge. The role focuses on legal research, drafting positions, opinions, memoranda, and providing advice on a variety of legal matters with complex issues.

The incumbent reports to the First Judge who reports to the Chief Administrative Law Judge, and will engage with federal regulatory law and administrative process within the agency.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least three years of professional legal experience after law school.
• Current Federal employees must have one year time-in-grade at the next lower grade level of GS-12.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal research, draft positions, opinions, memoranda, and advice to the Review Commission.
