Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Five years of experience practicing in the field of law.
• Experience in employment law, labor relations or related areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing legal advice to the human resources division and administrative authorities.
• Drafting employment agreements.
• Conducting research on labor and employment law and policies.
• Advising on personnel rules and policies.
• Representing administrative authorities in personnel hearings and mediation.
• Responding to charges of discrimination from EEOC/CCR D.
