The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts in Washington, DC, is seeking a Supervisory Attorney Advisor to lead a team of attorney advisors, provide legal analysis, policy guidance, and support to federal courts and judiciary stakeholders.

The incumbent supervises workload priorities, conducts performance management, and participates in recruitment and staff development, while advising senior AO leadership on complex legal and operational matters. Telework is eligible for this position.

Qualificações

• Law degree (J.D.) from ABA-accredited law school.
• Education must be from an ABA-accredited college or university recognized by the Department of Education.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise attorney advisors and provide legal analysis, advisory services, and policy guidance to federal courts and judiciary stakeholders.
• Coordinate workload priorities, conduct performance management, and participate in recruitment.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, guidance documents, and program initiatives supporting judiciary operations.
• Lead and participate in national workgroups and oversee updates to the AO's operations manuals for clerks of court and other guidance documents.
• Review memoranda, reports, briefing materials, policy documents, and correspondence prepared for senior leadership and judiciary stakeholders.
