Qualifications

• 1–10+ years of plaintiff civil litigation experience.
• Familiarity with toxic tort, mass tort, habitability, or personal injury matters.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience handling motion practice, written discovery, and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff civil litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct oral argument in state and federal court.
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials, with opportunities to first- and second-chair jury trials.
• Provide ongoing legal counsel and case updates to clients throughout the litigation process.

This Attorney will handle a high-impact caseload focused on toxic tort, mold, slumlord habitability, and personal injury matters on the plaintiff side, along with business defense litigation in state and federal courts.

• Salary range: $120,000-$350,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
