Bonham Solutions is seeking a Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense Attorney to join a premier California law firm in downtown Los Angeles. The role offers growth within a statewide firm, cross-office collaboration, and substantial support resources.

The attorney will manage a diversified civil docket, develop strategies, and represent clients at hearings, with strong writing and advocacy skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience or related litigation background.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation
• Develop legal strategies and work closely with clients to achieve favorable outcomes
• Appear in court and represent clients in hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple California offices on strategy, resources, and case support
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and results
