Job summary

Pop-Up Talent in Los Angeles seeks a Complex Litigation Associate to join our growing team. With 4+ years of civil litigation experience, California Bar active, and a strong trial background, you will help manage complex matters from intake through trial.

You will work with leading trial lawyers, advise clients, and stay current on California law relevant to PI, employment, and mass actions. This is an in-person, opportunity-rich role with partnership-track potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership required.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You stand for what's right—and you don't back down. You care about people and want to use your skills to hold wrongdoers accountable. You have 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side practice. Trial experience is a major plus. Experience in sexual abuse, employment law, or mass action litigation is valued

THE ROLE:

• You'll work with experienced partners and associates to manage complex matters from inception through trial. You'll make a real difference in clients' lives while staying at the forefront of legal developments in California. You'll also grow your referral network and participate in legal associations across California and the country

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California Bar (Required)
• At least 4+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage high-value cases independently and collaboratively
• Strong organization and time-management skills
