Job Title: Litigation Attorney - Employment

Location: Onsite, Hybrid or Remote (Los Angeles, CA 90245)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 1-10+ years of experience to join our Employment practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $110,000-$210,000+, commensurate with experience
