AM LAW 100 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney for a 100% remote role in Washington. You will handle defense-side commercial matters, draft pleadings and motions, conduct research, and support trial preparation for high-stakes, complex disputes with national clients.

You will work with seasoned trial attorneys, manage depositions and discovery, and collaborate with internal teams while benefiting from a comprehensive full-benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active Washington Bar admission.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong commercial litigation background (complex civil, business or defense-side).
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Defense-side mindset and interest in sophisticated commercial disputes.

The Role:

You will handle a range of defense-side commercial litigation matters, including:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery

Compensation

• Up to $275,000, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility and full benefits.
