Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an experienced commercial litigation associate to join a highly regarded team in Seattle. In this role you will represent clients in complex disputes, draft and argue motions, supervise discovery, and help shape case strategy with partners.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office, exposure to state and federal courts, and meaningful responsibility beyond document review. WA Bar license or eligibility to waive required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Active Washington Bar license or eligibility to waive in.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience handling matters in state and federal courts.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong academic credentials.

Location
