We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Senior Plaintiff Employment Attorney to lead wage-and-hour class actions and complex employment litigation in Newark, NJ. The role focuses on strategic case development, discovery oversight, and courtroom advocacy in state and federal matters.

With a market-leading base denoting up to $400K plus bonuses and merit increases, you’ll join a nationally expanding firm that has recovered over $1.5 billion for workers and continues to develop leadership

Qualifications

• Five or more years of civil-litigation experience.
• Active New Jersey Bar admission.
• Plaintiff employment, wage-and-hour or class-action experience.
• Strong discovery, motion-practice, deposition and oral-advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage sophisticated matters and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage wage-and-hour class actions and complex employment matters.
• Draft and argue dispositive and discovery-related motions.
• Lead written discovery and meet-and-confer processes.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend court conferences, hearings and other proceedings.
• Oversee case strategy, deadlines and junior team members.

Senior Plaintiff Employment Attorney | Newark, NJ – Up to $400K + Bonus

Location/Schedule:

Newark, NJ. Four days per week in the office, with some flexibility.

Base Salary:

$200K–$400K, plus performance-based bonuses and merit increases.

Practice:

Plaintiff-side wage-and-hour class actions and complex employment litigation.
