This role offers up to $170k base with a case-related bonus and active courtroom exposure handling depositions, motions, and trial prep. You will work with experienced litigators, manage all stages of employment disputes including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage issues, and advance your career in a collaborative environment.

I am currently working with a Plaintiff Side Employment Law firm who is actively seeking a new hire as they look to continue increasing headcount in New Jersey. In terms of the opportunity, here are the details:

The Role

• Litigation Management: Take an active role throughout all stages of employment litigation, from drafting pleadings through trial preparation, representing clients in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage disputes.
• Courtroom Advocacy: Appear in state and federal courts across South Florida, managing hearings, depositions, and motions while advocating effectively on behalf of clients.
• Client Collaboration: Advise clients on complex employment law matters, developing practical and strategic solutions tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
• Trial Preparation: Contribute to case strategy, prepare witnesses, and support trial teams in high-stakes employment litigation, helping ensure each matter is thoroughly prepared for trial.
