A current executive and human resources assistant at Hereford Insurance Company seeks an in‑house defense counsel No‑Fault Attorney to manage case assignments from inception to resolution and appear in all court venues in the Metropolitan area. The role includes EUOs, mediation, arbitration, motions, deposition preparation, and drafting master arbitration documents with the AAA.

Responsibilities

• Handle case assignments from inception through resolution.
• Appear in courts throughout the Metropolitan area, conduct EUOs and arbitration.
• Prepare motion work, depositions, conferences, and arbitration documents.
• Draft master arbitration documents with the AAA.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with New York admission (mandatory).
• Provable experience in the no‑fault field, including trials, motions, depositions, conferences, arbitrations, and all related legal documents.

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr – $117,000.00/yr.
