Applicants should have a Juris Doctorate, be admitted to the New York State Bar, and possess at least 2 years of experience in no-fault litigation. Project Recruit has partnered with a growing boutique insurance defense firm dedicated to representing insurers in all facets of automobile coverage.

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict, including
• initial case assessment, discovery, depositions, motion practice, pre-trial negotiations
• Review new file assignments, analyze evidence, develop case strategies, and prepare and draft
• pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Conduct AAA no-fault arbitrations and try cases as needed, including preparing witnesses and
• clients for testimony
• Must be commutable distance to courthouses throughout the greater New York City area and Long Island

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ Years of Experience in No-Fault Litigation
• Juris Doctorate and admitted to New York State Bar
• Capable of organizing case files, managing legal documents, and understanding the discovery
• process
• Skilled in communicating with clients, preparing summaries, and maintaining records of
• interactions
