Requirements and Experience

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada
• A Minimum of 1-3 years of Litigation Experience
• Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure
• Strong Discovery skills
• Able to work independently and with your team
• Possess excellent Analytical and Negotiation Skills
• Strong Writing and Communication Skills
