Law Tyme in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Experienced Litigation Attorney specializing in Plaintiff Personal Injury to join our stable firm of five attorneys with 30+ years in business. The role covers Pre-Litigation through Settlement, with motion hearings, depositions, and negotiations; leadership to supervise staff and manage your own caseload.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $10K and a compensation range of $150,000 to $200,000 plus performance bonuses and 100% health insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law from pre-litigation through settlement.
• Experience with motions and hearings, including depositions.
• Knowledge of local rules and civil procedure; strong discovery and negotiations skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff while managing your own caseload.

Personal Injury Litigation Attorney needed. Sign on Bonus of $10K for an experienced Attorney! Our stable 5 Attorney Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm, in business for over 30 years, is seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney to join our firm. Experience in either Plaintiff or Defense Personal Injury is acceptable.

The ideal Attorney will have experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law and understand the Pre-Litigation stages through Litigation and Settlement.

Experience in Motion Hearings, Taking and Defending Depositions, Knowledge of the Local Rules and Civil Procedure, Discovery process, Negotiations, and Strong Analytical Skills are a must.

You will also have a support staff to assist you. You should have leadership and supervisory skills and be able to manage your own case load.
