Local Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm (small firm) is adding an additional Litigation Attorney to join a growing firm. If you meet the below requirements and have Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation experience in Nevada, we want to hear from you.

Requirements and Experience:

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada
• Must have Experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury Law
• A Minimum of 5 years of practicing law with Litigation Experience
• Courtroom experience
• Trial experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Local Rules of Civil Procedures and timelines
• Strong Discovery skills, propounding and responding
• Possess excellent Analytical and Negotiation Skills
• Strong Writing and Communication Skills
