Qualificações

• Active license and good standing to practice law in an oil and gas producing state.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transactional energy law preferred; strong candidates without direct experience will be considered.
• Prior oil and gas industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The firm provides comprehensive legal services, including rendering title opinions, negotiating acquisitions, managing regulatory matters, and executing complex corporate transactions. Additionally, the firm advises clients on emerging renewable energy projects.

Position Overview (In-Office)

Our client is seeking attorneys with a strong interest in transactional energy law. The firm is committed to hiring and developing professionals with experience in the oil and gas industry or a demonstrated willingness to build expertise in this area. Many of the firm's attorneys bring prior experience as landmen, industry professionals, or from large international law firms, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
