W3Global is seeking attorneys with a strong interest in transactional energy law for an in-office role in Houston, TX. The firm emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and experience in the oil and gas sector or a willingness to develop expertise in this area.

Key duties include handling title opinions, energy transactions, corporate finance deals, and renewable energy projects, with pre-litigation work and regulatory problem-solving across a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Active license and good standing to practice law in an oil and gas producing state.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in transactional energy law preferred; strong candidates without direct experience will be considered.
• Prior oil and gas industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Handle transactional energy legal matters, including title examination and energy transactions.
