Qualifications

• At least three years of transactional experience.

We are working with an established law firm seeking an Energy M&A Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated transactional practice. This is a remote opportunity for an attorney located in Houston, TX who is interested in handling complex energy transactions for clients throughout the country.

The associate attorney will represent energy companies and investors in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. The practice includes significant upstream and midstream work. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction and the opportunity to work closely with experienced energy attorneys.

Qualifications

• At least three years of transactional experience
