Job summary

The People Of: Professional Services in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3–7 years of commercial and employment litigation experience. The role blends litigation, counselling, and transactional work on a national platform.

You will represent clients in employment matters, draft and review agreements, and assist with due diligence in corporate transactions. Strong academic credentials and Am Law 100 experience are highly valued; Georgia Bar admission or waiver is

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of commercial and/or employment litigation experience.
• Experience reviewing or drafting employment-related agreements is advantageous.
• Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognised law school.
• Am Law 100 experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia or eligible to waive into the Georgia Bar.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment and commercial litigation matters.

• Draft motions, briefs and written discovery responses.
• Manage discovery disputes and support litigation strategy.

Labor & Employment Associate

Location: Atlanta, GA

A nationally ranked Labor & Employment practice is seeking a 3-7 year Associate to join its Atlanta office. This team advises public and private companies, as well as senior executives and management teams, on a broad range of employment law matters including restrictive covenants, employment litigation, executive compensation and employment issues arising in corporate transactions.

The role offers a blend of litigation, counselling and transactional work within a highly regarded national platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment and commercial litigation matters
• Conduct legal research, fact development and deposition preparation
• Draft motions, briefs and written discovery responses
• Manage discovery disputes and support litigation strategy
