Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Attending Physician to steward population health through our Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. You will lead in client facilities and partner with Advanced Practice Clinicians to achieve excellence in patient care and professional relations.

Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality, accountable, team-based care; and potential Medical Directorship leadership across one or more facilities, with a focus on value-based care in post-acute settings.

Competenze

• MD or DO required; board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification is a plus; required within 2 years if serving in Medical Directorship.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA registration as required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or value-based care settings preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred) and care coordination workflow.
