Eventus WholeHealth seeks an Attending Physician to steward population health within its Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. You will lead in client facilities, collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians, and promote high-quality, team-based care across assigned facilities.

You may also serve in a Medical Directorship, providing clinical leadership and oversight while advancing integrated, person-centered care. A license, board certification, and post-acute experience are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required; board cert in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if Medical Directorship
• Active/unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA where required
• Minimum 2–3 years clinical experience in post-acute/long-term care or value-based care settings preferred
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership
• Familiarity with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred) and care coordination workflow

Responsabilités

• Ensure high-quality, accountable, team-based care across facilities
• May serve as Medical Director with clinical leadership and oversight
