Eventus WholeHealth is seeking an Attending Physician to steward population health across post-acute facilities. You will lead clinical teams, collaborate with APCs, and promote high‑quality, accountable, team‑based care in dedicated facilities.

The role may include Medical Directorship duties, providing clinical leadership and oversight. A physician license, EMR familiarity, and post‑acute care experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if serving in Medical Directorship.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA registration as required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or value-based care settings preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred) and care coordination workflow.

Responsibilities

• The Attending Physician serves as a steward of population health within Eventus WholeHealth’s model.
• Provides leadership in client facilities and collaborates with Advanced Practice Clinicians to ensure high‑quality, team-based care.
• Leads clinical care across assigned facilities and may serve in a Medical Directorship capacity.
• Ensures professionalism in client relations and oversight of clinical governance.
