Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in the United States is seeking an Attending Physician to lead population health initiatives within our Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model across client facilities. You will collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility teams to deliver high-quality, team-based care and drive professional standards.

In this role, you may also serve in a Medical Directorship capacity, providing clinical leadership and oversight while supporting care coordination, EMR workflows,

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if Medical Directorship is pursued.
• Active and unrestricted medical license; applicable state license and DEA registration as required.
• 2–3 years clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or value-based care settings preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred) and care coordination workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead population health efforts across assigned facilities within the Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model.
• Provide clinical leadership in client facilities and collaborate with APCs toward excellence in patient care.
• Ensure high-quality, team-based care and professional, compliant relationships in the client network.
• May serve in a Medical Directorship capacity, providing oversight and clinical leadership as needed.
