Job summary

The Attending Physician at Eventus WholeHealth serves as a steward of population health within the Outcomes-Centred Healthcare model, leading in client facilities and collaborating with Advanced Practice Clinicians toward excellence in patient care and professional client relations.

This role ensures high-quality, team-based care across assigned facilities, with potential for Medical Directorship duties, providing clinical leadership and oversight where needed.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
• CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if serving in a Medical Directorship capacity
• Active and unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA registration as required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or value-based care settings preferred.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership
• Familiarity with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred) and care coordination workflow
