Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth in the United States seeks an Attending Physician to lead population health efforts under the Outcomes-Centered Healthcare model. You will collaborate with Advanced Practice Clinicians to drive excellence in patient care and professional client relations across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities include ensuring accountable, high-quality team-based care and, if needed, serving in a Medical Directorship to provide clinical leadership and oversight within one or more

Qualifications

• MD/DO must be licensed in applicable state(s) with board certification in relevant field.
• CMD certification is a plus; required within 2 years if serving as Medical Directorship.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or value-based care settings preferred.
• Experience coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in client facilities and collaborate with APCs toward excellence in patient care and professionalism in client relations.
• Ensure high-quality, accountable, team-based care across assigned facilities.
• May serve in a designated Medical Directorship, providing clinical leadership and oversight.
