Job Summary
The Outside Services Assistant provides top-level professionalism and customer service to our Members/Guests by conducting golf operations efficiently.

Day-to-Day

• Assist golfers with loading bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing them for play, ensuring all needs are met and questions answered. Offer suggestions on golf etiquette.
• Assist after rounds by cleaning clubs, delivering them to cars, and checking in golf carts.
• Be knowledgeable about club events, course conditions, and other helpful information to enhance Members'/Guests' experience.
• Coordinate services with other golf staff such as range attendants, cart attendants, marshals/starters to ensure seamless service.
• Interact professionally with Members/Guests, helping with last-minute requests and changes.

About You

• Customer service experience, basic golf knowledge, and etiquette.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and sensitive matters.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, with exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
