Job Summary

The Outside Services Assistant provides the highest level of professionalism and customer service to our Members/Guests by conducting golf operations efficiently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing them for play, ensuring all their needs are met and questions answered. Offer suggestions on golf etiquette.
• Assist after rounds by cleaning clubs, delivering them to cars, and checking in golf carts.
• Be knowledgeable about club events, course conditions, and other helpful information for Members/Guests.
• Coordinate services with other golf staff to ensure seamless service.
• Interact professionally with Members/Guests, helping with requests and last-minute changes.

About You

• Customer service experience, basic golf knowledge, and etiquette.
• Trustworthy with confidentiality of company and employee information.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, exposed to extreme temperatures and humidity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
