Qualifications

• Experience working with children, families, or in school/community settings.

• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and collaborate as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze attendance data to identify early warning signs of chronic absenteeism.
• Apply NHA’s tiered attendance model to determine support level for each student.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance trends and interventions.
• Collaborate bi-weekly with leadership and/or in team meetings; calendarize in O3s.
• Communicate regularly with school leadership, teachers, and staff to share attendance insights.
• Identify and implement attendance strategies for individual students and groups.
