Arizona Charlie's, LLC is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support the Housekeeping team in delivering clean, safe, and welcoming rooms. You will handle cleaning, restocking, and reporting maintenance items while upholding the property's standards and guest service culture.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety guidelines. Prior hospitality experience preferred, with physical stamina for lifting and moving supplies.

As the Guest Room Attendant, you are a key contributor to the success of the Housekeeping team and the overall guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness ensure that each guest room is refreshed, sanitized, and maintained to the highest standards. Through your daily efforts, you help create a welcoming, comfortable, and safe environment that reflects the property's dedication to quality and service. Your role not only supports smooth daily operations but also plays a vital part in upholding the property's reputation and guest satisfaction.

Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

Requirements

• At least 18 Years of Age
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

• Frequently push/pull up to 70lbs
• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels

• Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person
• Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
