Arizona Charlie's Decatur is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to support the housekeeping team and enhance the guest experience. You will refresh, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment aligned with the property's quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain work cards as required by the company and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture.
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
