Job summary

Arizona Charlie’s Decatur is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to ensure rooms are cleaned, refreshed, and maintained to the highest standards, supporting the Housekeeping team and guest satisfaction. You will load supplies, service rooms, and report maintenance issues, while following safety and gaming regulations as applicable.

You will restock carts, report missing items, follow entry procedures, and uphold the property’s safety and service standards while working in a welcoming, team-oriented

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of hospitality, cleaning, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Load and restock housekeeping carts with linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Clean and service guest rooms according to department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Replace or report any missing, damaged, or broken items and furniture
• Accurately complete room status reports and follow entry/exit procedures for guest rooms
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
