Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 1+ year in sales, business development, account management or related commercial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities including customer requests, orders and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand North American attachment customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners to understand their needs.
• Manage the order-to-invoice process, coordinating order placement, shipment logistics, delivery updates, and invoicing.
• Gather customer feedback, identify emerging product needs, and communicate market trends to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with internal engineering, product, and technical teams to address customer requirements and coordinate customized attachment solutions.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and support business objectives.
• Identify target customers, evaluate growth opportunities, and support initiatives that strengthen SANY's competitive position.
