Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand North American attachment customer base.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and channel partners to understand their needs.
• Manage the order-to-invoice process, coordinating order placement, shipment logistics, delivery updates, and invoicing.
• Gather customer feedback, identify emerging product needs, and communicate market trends to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with internal engineering, product, and technical teams to address customer requirements and coordinate customized attachment solutions.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and support business objectives.
• Identify target customers, evaluate growth opportunities, and support initiatives that strengthen SANY's competitive position.

We are seeking an Attachment Marketing Specialist to help expand SANY's attachment business across North America. This role combines business development, customer relationship management, product coordination, and sales operations. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working across customers and internal teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand SANY's North American attachment customer base and increase market penetration.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and other channel partners to understand their needs and support long-term business growth.
• Sales Coordination: Manage the order-to-invoice process, coordinating order placement, shipment logistics, delivery updates, and invoicing to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Customer and Market Insights: Gather customer feedback, identify emerging product needs, and communicate market trends and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Product and Technical Coordination: Partner with internal engineering, product, and technical teams to address customer requirements and coordinate customized attachment solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and support business objectives.
• Market Development: Help identify target customers, evaluate growth opportunities, and support initiatives that strengthen SANY's competitive position in the North American attachment market.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, Business, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in sales, business development, account management, customer relationship management, or a related commercial role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving ability, organization, and a goal-oriented approach to work.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple activities, including customer requests, orders, and delivery timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with construction equipment, heavy machinery, equipment attachments, material handling, industrial products, or equipment distribution.
• Experience working with dealers, distributors, OEMs, or B2B customers.
• Familiarity with international trade, import/export processes, or cross-border logistics.
