Job summary

SANY America is seeking an Attachment Product Specialist to drive the growth and performance of its attachment portfolio in the North American market. You will bridge customers, dealers, sales teams, and technical staff to ensure solutions meet market needs.

The role involves after-sales support, parts inventory management, and field testing of new attachments, with collaboration across engineering and sales. Onsite in Peachtree City, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and understand mechanical structures.
• Proficiency in at least one engineering design software (e.g., Creo/ProE, SolidWorks, UG, AutoCAD).
• Proactive, highly responsible with strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead attachment troubleshooting and after-sales support, including warranty management.
• Provide parts support and manage inventory for attachment products.
• Offer technical sales support and tailor product recommendations based on field conditions.
• Conduct local testing for new attachments in the U.S. and prepare technical documentation.
