Job summary

Qualifications

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering with 5+ years in atomization and engineering.
  • Experience with vacuum induction gas atomization and related equipment repair.
  • Ability to maintain a safe working environment around fine powders.
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, PLCs, gas structure design; 3D printing helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovative atomization solutions to improve yield and equipment uptime.
  • Research, design, and test improvements; lead projects with plant engineering.
  • Develop contingency actions and provide technical leadership for production issues.
  • Address safety, quality, and productivity using corrective actions.
  • Propose 3D printed solutions with the lab to boost productivity.
