Job summary
NCR Atleos is seeking a Technical Consultant to analyze, install, configure, troubleshoot, and support its ATM and cash recycler software for financial institutions and retailers. You will work across multi-vendor platforms and focus on security, performance, and client satisfaction in dynamic customer environments.
As you gain fundamental knowledge, you’ll rotate into areas like manageability, transactions, and maintenance operations while supporting field teams and ensuring smooth software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent accreditation in computer sciences, information systems or other technical discipline.
- Technical project leadership experience organizing project resources.
- Experience with Windows 7/10 including hardware drivers, apps, networking, and client/server architectures.
- Experience creating and leading group presentations and hosting web seminars.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements to determine effort required to implement software in customers’ environments.
- Configure base software in customer environments.
- Conduct unit tests, track problems, and implement fixes to meet requirements.
- Provide production support and resolve issues in Level 3 support flow.
