Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support customers in Abilene/San Angelo, TX. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within a defined territory, and promptly respond to service calls with care and accuracy.

You'll leverage hands-on training provided by NCR Atleos and work with a global team to resolve issues, improve system reliability, and keep commerce running for retailers and banks.

Qualifications

• Local candidate eligible to work in the US.
• Authorized to work in the US with valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to travel with rotating and weekend shifts.
• Basic PC and electronic skills plus OS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, configuration, security, and remote system access.
