Job summary

FIS is seeking a Project Manager Lead in Milwaukee, WI, to steer large, complex debit processing programs. You will guide cross‑functional teams across product, technology, operations, and third‑party partners to delivery onboarding, conversions, and platform migrations.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and report outcomes to executives. The role requires deep knowledge of debit networks, card lifecycle, and client delivery in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in the debit payments ecosystem including processing and card lifecycle.
• Experience implementing or managing card management apps and onboarding or migrations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale debit processing and card management projects from initiation to implementation.
• Coordinate with clients, product and technology teams, operations and third-party partners.
• Develop project plans, manage risks, and report to executives.
