You will manage plans, budgets, risks, and stakeholders while driving governance and continuous improvement across the technology portfolio. A PMO mindset and collaboration with leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology projects from planning through implementation and closeout.
• Strong skills across scope, schedule, budget, forecasting, risk, quality and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Planner/Project, SharePoint, Teams, PowerBI and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology initiatives from initiation through implementation and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, risk registers, issue logs, and status reporting.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design discussions, testing activities, project meetings, and steering committees.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and contracted resources to achieve outcomes.
• Support portfolio planning and lifecycle monitoring for the technology project set.
