Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Project Manager to lead consulting services for a Southeast ATM installation program for a major financial services client. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, vendors, and client expectations, ensuring milestones are met and governance is followed.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in project management with PM software proficiency, and relevant LEED/AP or CCM designations are a plus. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Experience managing schedules and vendor management required.
• Retail bank project/program experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; MS Project or other PM software required.
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and reading drawings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities among clients, vendors, contractors, technology providers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones, deliverables, and client objectives are achieved.
• Interface with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, and risk.
• Define resources, run RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; report status and variances.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans; lead others as needed.
• Lead by example, promote teamwork, and align with company values.
