Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to lead a Southeast retail bank ATM installation program. You will coordinate clients, vendors, contractors, and technology providers to meet milestones and budgets.

You will develop schedules, budgets, risk plans, and documentation governance while ensuring quality and client objectives are achieved. Strong PM, scheduling, and banking project experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Experience managing schedules and vendor management required.
• Retail bank project/program experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) & MS Project experience required.
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and ability to read architectural drawings.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

• Coordinate project activities among clients, vendors, contractors, technology providers, and operational stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and implementation plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones, deliverables, and client objectives are achieved.
• Interface with clients to prepare the scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources and conduct RFQs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; report status and variances.
• Mentor others and model company values; lead by example.
