Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for a financial services client account, overseeing ATM installations at retail bank branches across the Southeast. The role manages schedules, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships from initiation to completion.

You will interface with clients to define scope, resources, costs, schedules, and quality controls, while leading delivery teams and ensuring milestones and objectives are met.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Experience managing schedules and vendor management required.
• Retail bank project/program experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); MS Project or other PM software required.
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and ability to read architectural drawings.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

• Coordinate project activities among clients, vendors, contractors, technology providers, and operational stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and implementation plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones, deliverables, and client objectives are achieved.
• Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or via qualification process; conduct RFPs and bid evaluations; recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely coordination of documentation.
• Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status.
