Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for a Southeast ATM installation program across multiple retail bank branches. You will oversee scheduling, vendor management, and client interfaces to ensure milestones and budgets are met.

The role requires coordinating activities among clients, contractors, and technology providers, while maintaining project governance and documentation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree is preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Experience managing schedules and vendor management required.
• Retail bank project/program experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project or other PM software.
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and the ability to read architectural drawings.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

• Coordinate project activities among clients, vendors, contractors, technology providers, and operational stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and implementation plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones, deliverables, and client objectives are achieved.
• Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope of work and cost estimates.
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process and conduct RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status.
