Job summary

Turner Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for a financial services client account, overseeing ATM installation projects across retail bank branches in the Southeast. You will manage scheduling, vendor relations, budgets, and risk registers while interfacing with clients and partners to define scope and deliverables.

The role demands coordinating resources, maintaining schedules, and ensuring timely milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Experience managing schedules and vendor management required.
• Retail bank project/program experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project or other PM software.
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and ability to read architectural drawings.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities among clients, vendors, contractors, technology providers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and implementation plans.
• Monitor progress to ensure milestones and client objectives are achieved.
• Prepare all elements of the project for clients, including scope, cost estimates, and work plans.
• Define resources and conduct bid evaluations, recommending resources to clients.
• Ensure project documentation governance aligns with requirements.
• Maintain data integrity and timely documentation across projects.
• Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
