Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to deliver consulting services for a financial services client, overseeing ATM installation projects across retail bank branches in the Southeast. You’ll manage scheduling, vendor coordination, budgets, and risk controls to ensure milestones and client objectives are met.

The role requires coordinating resources, preparing scopes of work, and maintaining rigorous documentation.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or combination of experience and education considered.
LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
Experience managing schedules and vendor management required.
Retail bank project/program experience is strongly desired.
Proficiency with MS Project or other PM software; MS Office proficiency.

Mansioni

Coordinate project activities among clients, vendors, contractors, technology providers, and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and implementation plans.
Monitor progress to achieve milestones, deliverables, and client objectives.
Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budgets, work plans, and milestones.
Define delivery resources; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress.
Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans; lead risk responses.
Mentor others and share knowledge; lead by example; foster consensus.
