Qualifications

• Six months minimum dispatcher experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Satisfy DOT requirements.
• A firearms permit or ability to pass firearms licensing requirements.
• Guard card or ability to obtain one.
• Be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, manufacturer, and branch inquiries by phone, fax, and e‑mail; provide field support toward resolution on cash, locks, balancing, and on-site issues.
• Maintain the branch’s ATM database and ensure access to emergency cash after hours.
• Provide monthly account update reports including ATM counts, servicing branches, contacts, and issues.
• Investigate reconciliation issues and provide resolution codes.
• Educate field personnel on processes and coordinate with them on policy changes.
• Cross train and perform other duties; guard liability and assets.
